Defined by the dictionary as an intense feeling of deep affection.

Defined as some as a great deal of commitment.

Defined by the bible as "God" himself.

Defined by many parents as the obstruction to studies.

Defined by wives as the biggest mistake of their lives.

Defined by men as the biggest obstruction to their soccer match on ESPN.

Defined to me as?

I guess I have taken love as a bond that must be mutually spiritual. Like the phrase, "it takes 2 hands to clap," and "two to tango," I say love requires two willing people who are committed to being one.

To fall in love is easy, just let your heart make it's call. To make someone fall in love with you? That's not love at all.

So let's take a step back and look at the definitions of Love. Is love really just a deep feeling of affection? Isn't that infatuation? Is love a great deal of commitment? Yes it is, but it's not just commitment. Is love just God himself? Let's not bring in religion...

So what is love?

I guess it's something that people know and keep to themselves.
