Wanted

Found some spare time today and decided I shall put up a post.

Life's getting hectic (as though it is not) and I'm feeling the pressure every single minute. Even when I'm feeling the most at ease, the most relaxed and the most jubilant of times, there's always that looming thought at the back of my head reaching out to spoil it.

The life of a third and final year student is really a whole lot different from that when we first stepped foot on campus. Not only do you think and work differently, you actually smell the school in a different way.

I used to think that coming to school early in the morning was quite a pleasure, especially when I was still learning and exploring the school. But now, I find that the air is stale and musky sometimes. Not that it really is, but rather it's because life is starting to get mundane. It becomes a routine and repetition. This is the point where I would say, I kinda find school quite a bore.

But then there's that occasional event from CCA that brightens up everything. Emceeing for probably one or two events a month does help the agony and liven up the mood.

And right now with wonderful wonderful wonderful company, I think life's going to get better by the days. School's still not going to get any better, but at least I know that there'll be a few days where I'm going to enjoy myself.

What can I talk about...

Oh, I caught Wanted with Ms Kwa, Elsa, Fatimah, Si Fan, Irene and Yen on Friday. I have to say, the script is rather well written. What I loved was the starting and the setting of the film. The first 15 minutes would awe you in a manner, different from most films. And another thing to die for is the CGI. Stunning effects from the beginning till the end. Especially the final scene, where the bullet curves around the room *no more info or I'll spoil the movie*. It's a film worth watching twice. They have rather nice camera angles too. My rating... 4 out of 5 stars.
